He has more than 25 years experience as CEO in different international business-to-business industries. During the past 3.5 years he worked as CEO in a biorefinery cleantech start-up based in Milan, Italy.

    Staffan Jakobsson | MSc

    Head of Projects

    Staffan has more than 15 years of experience in managing both industrial and civil projects. At WSP Management he was the Project and Design Manager for rebuilding Terminal 5 at Arlanda Airport (a 240 M€ project). Staffan worked for Andritz A/S in Denmark as Operation Manager BioMass, with global responsibility for Andritz’s wood pelletizing plants, and as Country Manager with regional responsibility for Andritz pulp and paper service business in Scandinavia.

    Dan Holmsten

    Head of Plant Operations, Service and Maintenance

    Dan has more than 30 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, of which 18 years were spent in management of maintenance, projects, and productions. He has worked with commissioning, start-up and maintenance and engineering management at two greenfield projects.

    Johan’s focus has been on technology-driven business development, with 30 years of experience from multi-discipline solutions in industries such as bioenergy, pulp and paper, infection control, bioinformatics, telecare, intelligent buildings, machine-to-machine communication and internet banking.

    Monika Schildknecht l MSc

    COO and Head of Sales

    Monika has 20 years of experience in technical sales, business development, process development and change management from the real estate and construction industry. She has worked in consulting as well as in a large global corporation in different operational and management positions. She was part of the scale-up of an internal corporate start-up from 10 to +100 employees in Northern Europe.
